Natural Resources Conservation Service, an agency under the USDA, in the South Carolina State Office, is seeking proposals from partners to develop watershed assessment plans to support the National Water Quality Initiative through the Conservation Technical Assistance (CTA) Program. Proposals are requested for competitive consideration for cooperative agreement awards from eligible organizations who have expertise in watershed assessment plans. Proposals must be one year in duration for projects located in the State of South Carolina.
