Modular Open System Approach (MOSA) is an integrated technical and business strategy for managing and sustaining: a systems and fleets of systems, that employs modular and open principles. Applying MOSA at the enterprise level fosters collaboration across PMs to drive towards enterprise-wide objectives and more easily removable, upgradeable, and interoperable components.
The MOSA Catalyst Community represents stakeholders from across the modular open systems landscape, including: sensor manufacturers, communications software developers, UAS experts, and microelectronic device creators. Tracking the priorities of the federal government, this community exists to anticipate and respond to the nation’s most critical innovation needs.
