Space, Intelligence & Cyber (SIC) Catalyst Community

Launched in 2023 in response to a U.S. Air Force Request for Information, the Space, Intelligence & Cyber (SIC) Catalyst Community aligns with TENCAP areas of interest. Today, the SIC Consortium includes over 1,500 unique members—ranging from non-traditional startups and small businesses to universities, labs, and major corporations.

The SIC Consortium brings together partners across AI; space technology; digital/data tech; surveillance, reconnaissance, tracking (SRT); and intelligence to accelerate innovation for national security. By connecting dual-use private sector technologies with defense needs, the SIC Consortium helps deliver faster, mission-driven solutions across space, air, land, and cyber domains—supporting the warfighter and the nation.
