The Department of Defense is seeking AI Tools that integrate with the DIU Digital OnRamp Platform to support secure, accurate, and scalable discovery of commercial, public, and Government-proprietary information through natural language queries.
Desired Capabilities Include:
- Discovery of Government RFPs, RFIs, and relevant programs
- Structured outputs grounded in source data with citations and links
- Natural language processing, summarization, and graph extraction
- Support for Government-specific security and access control (e.g., classification by compilation, need-to-know)
- Compliance with DoD cybersecurity and Responsible AI policies
- Operability in Government-approved environments with configurable models and prompts
Technical Requirements:
- Support for secure, delegated identity/authentication (e.g., OAuth2, SAML2, JWT)
- Structured API interfaces (open and stable) for modularity and risk reduction
- Deployment via low/no-code and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Clear Government ownership of all Government data and transaction records
- Support for confidential computing enclaves (e.g., Intel SGX, AMD SEV-SNP)
