DTRA JSTO’s Threat Agent Science Branch is seeking to develop a software prototype capability that is both a data lake/repository (data architecture) with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) analytical capabilities and a user-friendly software front-end and back-end that makes the large amount of TAS data accessible and readily analyzed. This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals for two lines of efforts (LOEs): 1) System Integration for Enhanced Threat Characterization: design and implementation of a System Integration framework to enhance TAS operational threat characterization activities and 2) Enterprise Data Undertaking (EDU) for Enhanced Threat Characterization: development of a robust data architecture, repository, and system integration information hub. The goal is to create a more robust TAS data architecture that informs integrated early warning, countermeasure development, and enables rapid response.
