Evaluating the Impact of State Grants on Self-Sufficiency for Families and Children

The objective of this project is to link administrative data on housing participants with state block grant data to identify HUD recipients receiving childcare vouchers, analyze the extent to which those vouchers are used, and model the effect of voucher use on sustained employability.
