The Joint Science and Technology Office (JSTO) within the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking to establish an integrator for evaluating innovative medical countermeasure (MCM) technologies to meet critical unmet needs in combating CBRN threats. Staying ahead of an evolving threat landscape requires incorporating novel approaches to ensure a robust, agile, and efficient MCM development pipeline. Technologies of interest are those aimed at significantly enhancing MCM performance, accelerating development timelines, and improving success rate and speed of response to biological threats.
